Toronto to Liberia!

It has been a month since I arrived to Liberia, Costa Rica, from Toronto, and it has been such a humbling experience. Coming from a metropolitan city where everyone is constantly on the go to a laid back and mellow town is extremely refreshing. No need for a alarm to get me out of bed since the chirping birds and the sunny skies organically get the job done. I am extremely grateful for the beautiful weather as I am accustomed to minus 0 weather around this time in Toronto. There is no need to clean the snow off your car or shovel the driveway before you head out to work here. Instead, you have to make sure you have enough water so your stay hydrated throughout the day as well as lathering on sun screen! If my only concern is choosing which flip flops to wear and how much water I should drink, then I’d say I am doing well!
