You may be wondering how you can help others in need during this crisis, and we have an idea for you to consider: sponsor an Estelar English student for the month of April!
In addition to Spanish classes, Estelar has a thriving English program for Costa Ricans. Many students have lost their jobs – particularly those who work in tourism – and cannot continue studying English. In fact, we had 430 students in February, and now we are down to 160, with approximately 80 more telling us that they would love to continue with our online English classes, but they can’t due to financial issues. We know there are more in the same boat.
